My name is Josh Dickson, I’m a Washington born native raised in a small town then moved to the Emerald city over in the early 2000’s. I worked in the residential construction industry until the housing collapse made it apparent I needed to find an alternative source of income. A mutual friend had proposed the opportunity to join forces dealing with rodents and animal pest control, which honestly at first I was very reluctant. After some convincing I checked it out and never looked back. I became a state licensed wildlife control operator in 2010 and I specialize in humane and effective methods of removing animals from houses. My goal is to provide long term solutions for animal intrusions in the greater Seattle and King County area. My methods are a hybrid of old school technology refined with updated techniques. I am a single owner operator which means that the person you talk to on the phone is the same person doing the inspection, the exclusion, the repairs, clean up, etc. I am highly attentive to current customers and very focused on ongoing projects to ensure a smooth process. My exclusion and repair work carries a warranty so I am always highly motivated to ensure the best quality of work.
